2016 sees narva upgrade its popular offering of remote control search lamps, with a shift to l.E.D for the obvious advantages that are associated with this technology; powerful instantaneous light output, resistance to shock and vibration, 50,000 hours of service life and the crystal clear and penetrating white light that l.E.D is renowned for.
The first of these retains the compact dimensions and ease of operation which made its halogen predecessor so popular. The new 30 watt l.E.D unit shares many of the same features with 360 degree rotation and 90 degree tilt, modern styling and uv resistant housing yet now boasts an improved weatherproof rating thanks to the sealed l.E.D module. Supplied with a cigarette lighter plug and extended lead, the lamp is ideal for temporary fitment via the magnetic base, or permanent fixture can be achieved via the same multi-purpose flange base, simply cut off the plug and hard wire. Ideal for security requirements, work lamp or temporary applications.
A further two new l.E.D lamps are also available. Only slightly larger in overall size, but more powerful at 50 watts of l.E.D output and a generous flood beam capable of 1 lux at 375 metres these lamps offer a host of class leading features and boast premium quality and performance. Made from asa resin plastic housings and utilising a cast aluminium heat sink, these weatherproof and uv resistant search lamps use a state of the art l.E.D module and an ultra reliable integrated motor for seamless, smooth operation. Boasting a continuous 360 degree rotation and 120 degree tilt, they produce a brilliant white light (6000k) and penetrating beam with the added advantage of low current draw and long service life afforded by l.E.D technology.
All lamps are supplied with a compact waterproof wireless remote which enables an impressive 65 metre range and the marine version features an additional integrated joystick for simple and total central control.
